Last week Ben and I decided that we really needed to give a medical update. Here’s a 3-minute update about how I’m doing right now.
I’m so glad that the One who knows the details of our future goes before us today.

I had to learn to rest with my chronic illness and it’s not easy, but it’s doable because your body needs it! So on resting days I pray more! Love you sister/friend!

Everyone has said it already but you look wonderful! Praying for you, for complete healing. I’m down with a bad knee so I’m groaning with you as I,too, have to stop “doing”. How does anyone sit for hours a day??? Lol
